College Magazine Cover.

This is the front cover I have made for my college magazine. Here I have used two main fonts, Helvetica, and Helvetica Bold. I have placed an image of one of my class mates as the background for my college magazine cover, and have edited it slightly (adjusting the hue/saturation, brightness/contrast, and changing the colour settings. I have chosen to keep the colours simple for this, only using green tinted images and a black font. The image I have chosen to use is of one of my class mates at a computer. I have chosen to use this because it shows the learning side of the magazine, but also gives a casual feel. I have chosen to use the colour green because it represents learning, showing the main point of going to college, but it also gives a relaxed feel and makes the magazine seem informal. The colour green is also represented as an eco-friendly colour making it more appealing to people between the ages 15-19.
